David Davies-Chief Strategy Officer at 151 Advisors, is a 29 year consulting veteran with more than 18 years of executive leadership and strategic management experience in large and middle market companies as a President, Global Managing Partner, CEO advisor, consultant, board director, and investor. As an affiliate of 151 Advisors, David works with clients to maximize enterprise value by leading growth, market entry, Go-To-Market, M&A and performance improvement programs.

Having spent the majority of his career consulting on strategy and planning, building successful businesses from the ground up, directing efficient and cost-effective operations, leading top-to-bottom business transformations, running P&Ls, and fueling organic and M&A growth, David is well-versed at crafting and executing the vision, strategy, and operational plans critical in positioning companies to emerge as market leaders and capture significant revenue and profit growth.

David has played lead or key roles in the successful launch and growth of several global consulting practices with impressive client portfolios. While President of the Strategy Division of North Highland, David oversaw the overall strategy for the firm as well as the launch and growth of the Strategy Division globally, delivering rapid growth at margins significantly superior to the firm’s core practice.  As Global Managing Partner at Infosys Consulting, he led the largest and fastest growing division and was instrumental in growing the company from the early phases of a start-up to more than $150 million in revenue with clients on four continents in under five years. While President of the Commercial Division of Connolly Inc. he architected the turnaround of the division, the re-invigoration of a major service line and launched the division in Europe.

Earlier in his career, David spent 18 years as a consultant and in leadership roles for the strategy practices of Accenture and Inforte Corp, serving as an advisor to C-suite executives of multiple Fortune 500 and early stage companies across the entirety of the value chain and at every stage of the business lifecycle, but especially providing advice on growth, market entry, go-to-market and operations.

David holds both undergraduate and post graduate qualifications from The University of Oxford.
